Emanuel was born in Argentina, moved with his family to Utah when at the age of 20 started to work in restaurants, working his way up became the youngest Sous Chef in Utah for Romano's Macaroni Grill corporation. Other great restaurants are part of his resume such Alpine Country Club and Sundance Resort where he worked under the directions of Executive Chef Jason Knibb, who was his mentor and teacher; Jason Knibb is a member of the James Beard Foundation and is one of the most recognized chef in USA appearing several times in the Food Network.
Emanuel's style is defined by Argentine cuisine, complementing Argentine techniques with the use of local products from organic farms and small USDA authorized ranches, focusing in quality and creativity to make your experience at "Pampas" not only exceptional but unique and exciting.
